What's the Best Way to Warm-up for Pickleball?

Most pickleball injuries don't happen because of bad shots.

They happen because players skip their warm-up. A quick 8–10 minutes of targeted prep can improve your movement, sharpen your reaction time, and keep you on the court longer.

Susie Reiner, PhD, breaks down the 10 best warm-up exercises built specifically for pickleball players — plus a 5-minute version for when you're short on time.
