    • Critical account alerts or administrative notifications

3. SMS/Text Messaging Disclosures & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our communication program, you expressly consent to receive automated and manual text messages from us regarding league updates, schedules, and alerts.

    • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on league activity, scheduling changes, and active season play.

    • Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

    • Consent Integrity: Mobile contact information collected for text messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or lease your contact information to third parties. To deliver our communications efficiently, we may utilize trusted third-party software platforms (such as email delivery services, text messaging gateways, or league management software). These providers are strictly contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing these services to the club.

5. Your Choices: Opting Out

You maintain complete control over how you receive communications from us.

    • Email Communications: You can opt out of non-transactional league emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our emails. Please note that opting out of all emails may cause you to miss critical scheduling or league updates.

    • Text Messaging (SMS): You can cancel text notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send "STOP", we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive text messages unless you explicitly opt back in.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal contact information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Cookies
